Eric is a dynamic business professional originally from Berlin, Germany, with a strong foundation in management, marketing, and analytics. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Duquesne University and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from FAU, combining strategic business insight with a data-driven approach to decision-making. As a Division I soccer student-athlete, Eric developed a strong foundation in discipline, teamwork, leadership, and resilience both on and off the field. Driven by continuous growth, he is passionate about strengthening his leadership and communication skills while making a meaningful impact in every environment he enters. Eric recently relocated to San Antonio, Texas, where he is focused on expanding the business and building new opportunities within the local market. His entrepreneurial mindset, analytical expertise, and competitive drive position him to make a lasting impact in this next chapter.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active by going to the gym and playing basketball.

William Rodrigues

William is originally from Portugal and brings a strong drive to grow both personally and professionally. He spent a year studying Electronic Technology at a technology college before pursuing new opportunities within the business, drawn to its potential for growth and its ability to create a better future. A family-oriented and outgoing person, William enjoys spending time at the pool and gym, as well as building strong relationships with his coworkers both in and outside of work. Looking ahead, his goals are deeply rooted in family—he hopes to have a family of his own by age 25 and work toward his dream of buying his mother a house and eventually putting her on the payroll.

Serenity is a San Antonio native who was looking for growth, new opportunities, and a career that offered more than just a “regular job.” She is passionate about building strong, meaningful relationships with others while continuing to discover a deeper sense of personal purpose. Outside of work, Serenity enjoys boxing, running, dancing, and singing. Her goals are to continue growing personally and professionally while building lasting relationships and achieving financial stability.

Outside of work, Nathan enjoys going to the gym and spending time with friends. Erik Galvan

Originally from Coahuila, Mexico, Erik moved to the United States with his family in third grade in search of greater opportunities. He attended St. Philip’s College, where he studied to become a diesel mechanic before deciding to pursue a career in sales. Erik joined the business to challenge himself, develop his communication skills, and learn how to confidently sell a service to new people. Outside of work, he values spending quality time with his siblings and girlfriend. His long-term goal is to own his own business, create financial independence, and build a future where he can work for himself.

Joshua was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, and attended St. Philip’s College. He was drawn to the business by the opportunity for financial growth and the ability to continuously develop both personally and professionally. Outside of work, Joshua enjoys playing basketball and spending time doing the things he loves.
